Ascendia Coaching is led by Maude Kuhbier, a professional coach with 15 years of experience as an Element Human practitioner. She is a certified trainer-practitioner in Implicit Career Search®. Over the past two decades, Maude has brought her expertise to enhance individual performance and team cohesion. She has specifically applied Element Human in the context of organisational development in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. 

Furthermore, Maude is a certified Level 3 Pilates instructor. This physical dimension is innovatively integrated into her coaching approach, adding a unique dimension to her coaching skills.

Maude has a passionate love for the mountains and a profound fascination with conquering peaks. Outside of her work, you'll often find her along the banks of the Thames in sneakers or spot her cycling away on her cargo bike after school drop-offs.
